We are famous in Minnesota for having "The Body, Jesse Ventura" as our Governor in our historical past! Maybe hysterical is more fitting. But we do need to be famous as the church of God in being his body. That means everyone has a part in his service. What does a healthy body look like?1 Corinthians 12:25-27
The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don't, 26the parts we see and the parts we don't. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance. 27You are Christ's body--that's who you are! You must never forget this. Only as you accept your part of that body does your "part" mean anything. (The Message Bible)
We must all be involved in our gifts and talents in the body of Christ. We
must all seek to share Christ to those around us as the body. We must all
be ready to serve and give and share with each other as the body of Christ. When on person shares Christ with others through any numerous act of service or testimony it blesses us all. Take this time to share with others and meet the needs of others - it's what a body does!
