3 For 3 Was Great! Thanks to all who helped!

What a great Sunday 3 for 3 was. Many of you helped, invited and served! Blessings to all who helped. Now we all continue to reach out and make every day a 3 for 3. We love to see God at work.
Let's be a part of it!
Blessings!
Pastor Garth

Congrats Harmony
3 for 3 was a great day. We had over 240 people in attendance and many were touched by the worship and the message. NOW WHAT? We continue to celebrate Christ and his life by living a life of invitation. We do not need a special day to invite friends to Harmony, we simply need to invite! So now that we have had a warm up, lets continue to reach out to those God puts in front of us!

Won't you be My Neighbor?
Did you love Mr. Rogers as a kid? Fred was quite a character and gave us some great memories. He taught us many things but the thing I remember most about him was that he wanted to be our neighbor. In fact every show started with a song "won't you be mine, won't you be mine, won't you be my neighbor". This Sunday is all about being my neighbor. Come and here what God has for you!

Taking it to a Mother Level!
Life would be pretty hard with out a mom. This Sunday come celebrate Mothers day at Harmony where we express with great joy all that God has done through mothers in our lives. They help us take it to a Mother Level. There will be a special presentation by the kids of Harmony for Mothers.

Highway to Harmony - Huge Success
This past Sunday we had our first Highway to Harmony ride and it was fantastic. We had 12 bikes show up and beautiful weather to boot. A few brought wives and others brought friends to ride on the back. We had a nice long ride down Highway 3 and then stopped at Starbucks. We will be planning another ride soon. All are invited and we expect this ministry to grow!

LIFE Groups! What are my options?

Young Married's
Join Harmony's Young married group! Come and learn how to fireproof your marriage! You might need some encouragement, accountability or just to learn how to grow and strengthen your marriage. You might just want to get to know other young married couples in our church and community. Maybe you need free baby-sitting or baby training before yours arrives. Maybe it's meals during an illness, birth or difficult time. Young Married's is a group that loves on each other and reaches out to meet each other's needs. It's a place to go to learn about how to keep your love alive with your bride or groom, how to survive difficult times in a marriage, how to beat the odds and how to never give up. It's never too early or too late to work on your marriage.

House of Rock - Musicians Small Group
Dust off that guitar or bass and let's jam. This small group will focus on everything form beginning to advance. We will cover chords, chord structure, and Diatonic Chord structure. Picking, sweep picking, arpeggios, picking exercises, Modes, scales and song structure. We will also take time to look at effects, recording and anything else that is brought up in our jam sessions. Lots of fun and lots of noise. All are welcome of all ages!

Grilled?
There is nothing like a good thick juicy burger and a good juicy thick question. Grilled will be a place for both. If you are wondering about Jesus, his claims or Christianity you will love Grilled. It is a time to meet, eat and ask tough questions regarding the Claims of Christ. This will be a time of open honest discussion and good food. Each night will have a key question and time for your own questions. This group will meet Sunday nights at Pastor Garth's house at 6pm. Come every other Sunday starting May 10th. We will also ask each person coming to bring something to eat. Sign up now, eating is limited!

Men's Bible Study
Men of Harmony will gather each Saturday morning in a local restaurant at 8:00 to study 1 Corinthians. Corinth was a large prosperous city and the church was a growing group of many new converts. Life among Christians can be awesome or exasperating! Ha, isn't that the truth. They faced many issues: sexual, legal, charismatic, and marital to name a few. The Apostle Paul inspects, directs, corrects and dissects their situation, helping them grow and mature. He gives practical instruction and encouragement that is relevant and applicable for us today. We will study the Scripture and let it speak for itself as we attempt to apply truth to our lives today. Friendships will develop among us as men who share and have prayer together. Invite your friends to join us! Instructor: Warren Heckman

Highway to Harmony
This is a motorcycle group that will plan rides through out the year. We will take time to enjoy the great outdoors, some loud pipes and great fellowship. Each ride will give us a chance to get to know all who come. So invite your friends and BRING YOUR BIKES.

The Living Room - Singles: 19-30 years of age
This is a place to meet people similar in age and interests. This group will focus on Food, Friends and Fun. The 'Living Room' atmosphere will create a relaxed and safe place for singles to connect socially and spiritually. Singles will enjoy conversation, movies, social events and just hanging out. There will be opportunities to talk about issues that pertain to such things as dating and keeping our faith in the craziness of singleness. If you are looking for a good time, you won't want to miss this bi-weekly evening with your peers. While you are at it, why not bring along a friend? Attendees of Harmony Church and non-attendees are welcome. See you in 'The Living Room.' You never know who you might meet when you get there!

Hi Def - Teen group ages 12-18
This is a place that no matter what student walks in the door, regardless of what they've done in their past, what their reputation may be, what family background they come from, or even what they've done earlier that day...they will be loved. We are no longer a group, and not just a church...but a family. We believe that any situation or hardship can be revolutionized through prayer and a relationship with Christ...and our students have proven that to be true time and time again.

Happy Hour - Adult fellowship group
An appetizing approach to having Church. This group is designed to give adult members of Harmony church an extended opportunity to 'harmonize' with each other over a tasty and ever changing table of appetizers. It will provide a chance for people to unwind and relax with each other as well as invite friends who enjoy good company and good food. Life Group members will take turns bringing a new appetizer to pass at each gathering. This group will meet twice a month on a day that is TBA from 7pm - 9pm.

Harmony Under The Hood
This is a chance to get out of the house and into the garage. If you like working on cars or want to learn how, this is the group for you. Oil changes, tune ups, break jobs, whatever the task, we build friendships around wrenches. As a team, we will provide our automotive services as an outreach to people in our community. We will meet twice a month. If you want to join Harmony Under The Hood, contact Kevin Kleiser. If you want to apply to have your car worked on contact Pastor Phil.

Sincerely,

Garth Heckman
